Eastern Land Management is a commercial landscape firm: its BBB profile describes property maintenance, irrigation, snow and ice management and seasonal decor for commercial and campus clients. On its own site the company says its approach was refined over fifty years, and it lists arborist services alongside landscape, water and snow management. A 2022 customer said they got an email before expected weather, then preparation ahead of the snow and ice, upkeep during the storm and follow-up afterward, with snow placed in clean lines that made parking in their lots easy. A 2022 reviewer said ELM delivered their project on time and on budget. A 2026 customer who said they had worked with ELM for 10 years wrote that Bruce managed his team with professionalism, and recommended the firm for commercial landscaping and snow removal. A recent customer whose HOA the company services says it ruined the community's grass, leaving weeds and crab grass all over. A 2025 customer said it took all day to plow 3 inches of snow at their condo and that equipment operators destroyed multiple curbs. A 2025 reviewer on Scofield Avenue in Stamford said one of the company's truck drivers failed to slow down or keep a safe distance as they signaled to turn into their driveway. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0541163, as active, held by Eastern Land Management Inc.

In addition to the previous review I thought I’d add this!! This is what they did to the side of my home today! This company services our HOA, absolutely the worst company! DO NOT HIRE!! They literally ruined our community’s grass, weeds crab grass all over the place. Residents want them fired but we have a stupid board who keeps allowing this company to do nothing but get paid a premium.
I have had the pleasure of working with ELM both professionally and personally over the past 10 years. Bruce manages his team and services with high values, professionalism and a goal to serve his clients above their expectations. A charitable company that gives back to their community makes me pleased to do business with Eastern Land Management! Highly recommended for commercial landscaping and snow removal.
This company sucks. Took them all day to plow 3 inches of snow at my condo and they did not even do a good job. Equipment operators are clearly inexperienced as they destroyed multiple curbs around the property. On top of that the guy running the skid steer was driving around full throttle going as fast as he possibly could almost hitting cars multiple times. I do not recommend elm land management. Bunch of hackers who clearly dont know what they are doing. But hey if you want some curbs removed give them a call
best landscaper in the area! so efficient and cost effective I cant recommend enough!
The team at ELM are outstanding. Bruce is my contact at the company and is doing a wonderful job leading the company. In my particular business I find myself referring other facility maintenance contractors. Within landscaping, ELM is my go to! Give them a call today if you have commercial property that needs upkeep!
