Eastern Mold Remediation describes itself on the BBB as an independent, locally owned Maine company centrally located in Ellsworth, with technicians certified by IICRC and MICRO. Its website lists mold remediation, water damage cleanup, fire and smoke cleanup, drain services, crawl space repair and foundation repair. One recent Google customer called them in the middle of a water leak, with uncertain damage from mold and water. That customer said every exchange by phone, text and in person was handled with an eye for detail, down to vacuuming the house at the end of the work day wherever dust might have traveled, and singled out Andy and Derek as patient and caring. A customer who received a detailed quote and explanation of the job said the work crew was respectful of the property, did the work as stated and left the area cleaned and washed. On a job with many trips up and down the cellar stairs, a customer said the upstairs was kept free of tracked debris.
