Its Google page shows 4.9 stars from 266 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. In a January 2024 Google review, a homeowner who lost power in a windstorm before Christmas found about 8 inches of water in the basement; after other restoration businesses did not answer or needed the power back, ServPro came over the next day, spent hours pumping the water out with their generators, came back to remove damaged Sheetrock, and kept checking moisture levels every day or two. A December 2023 reviewer with 6 inches of water after a three-day outage said Anthony and Michael stopped almost daily to check the drying. In October 2023 a homeowner back from vacation to a burst refrigerator water line said someone was at the house within hours and a crew removed damaged ceiling tiles, flooring and drywall the next day. In November 2023 a homeowner wrote that after a fire early on a Saturday morning they reached out to Servpro the following day, that within 24 hours Jon was on site, and that demolition and cleanup were finished within two weeks. A November 2023 reviewer described a mold removal project by techs Anthony and Mike. A June 2022 customer whose pipe burst while they were in Florida said everything in the house was boxed and removed, they worked nonstop for months, and the furniture was put back after the renovation. In December 2022 one customer gave 2 stars: no estimate before the work started, five cleaners who did not cover their boots, and a bill much higher than the insurance estimate.

Servpro has been a great company to work with! They made an awful situation as easy as it could be. EVERY single person we dealt with has been friendly, courtesy, kind and professional🙂 They also did a very good job with the cleanup and explaining everything along the way. Highly recommend this company!
During the first big windstorm before Christmas we lost power and discovered about 8 inches of water in the basement of our (new) house. We called a few restoration businesses. Some didn’t answer, some needed us to get power back before they could come help. ServPro was awesome and came over the next day! They spent hours pumping the water out of our basement with their generators they came back the next day to remove damaged Sheetrock and finish drying everything out. They came back every day or two to check their equipment and test moisture levels and were super nice and friendly each time. Even our dog loved them. They were helpful, diligent, and removed so much stress for us around the holiday season. Would recommend to anyone in need of their services!!
Our experience with ServPro was outstanding. A representative responded to our call quickly. We had a project manager (Jon Symonds) at our home within 24 hours. Jon was knowledgeable, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. He followed up with us and left us feeling much more at ease.
A recent storm and 3 day power outage resulted in 6” of water in our basement. SERVPRO responded quickly and professionally. Anthony and Michael stopped almost daily to check on the drying progress and kept me informed. They did a great job and left my basement looking really good! I’d recommend them to anyone who finds a swimming pool in their basement.
We had severe leaking on a few windows and doors from the December storm. They made this entire process so simple to even make sure not to disturb our Christmas holiday with our grandkids. Very clean and courtesy checked with us making sure that everything was ok. Highly recommend
