A 2023 BuildZoom reviewer was happy overall with how their cabinets and flooring were installed in a mobile home project, but said some cabinet handles were out of alignment and the most chipped planks were laid in the middle of the room or kitchen. That 2023 reviewer also said items promised before final payment were not fixed after it, and that the call ended with the words “get somebody else”. A 2023 Google reviewer called the business unreliable and warned that he might walk out in the middle of a project if prepaid. A 2023 Google reviewer said it completed projects on time and that they would use it again.
Professional and completes projects on time. Would use again
unreliable, condescending, gets frustrated like a child, be careful, he might walk out on you in the middle of the project if he's prepaid.
Client be ware. The guy's only "nice" to first time remodelers, probably to save/recover his reputation. My project seemed to have gone well until the very end after he received complete payment. After that, he seemed to forget what he said he would fix long before final payment was made (he forgets a lot). He ended making a bunch of excuses blaming me for what needed to be fixed and hung up with the words “get somebody else”. So if you’re prepared for such treatment, you won’t be disappointed. I can’t say I find him 100% professional because of this nor, stunningly, mature for his old age. I was happy overall with how he installed my cabinets and flooring even though due to poor eyesight, some cabinet handles are completely out of alignment and the most chipped/damaged planks were put in the middle of either my room or kitchen, whereas they should have been set aside by the wall. I chose to overlook that because he was friendly at the beginning and the project seemed to have gone mostly well, even bypassing that he complained on the phone to his friend “how much crap he has to deal with” here, something that made me wonder why he agreed to take this job. I also overlooked visible scratches on my brand new white laundry machines and minor chips in cabinetry after installing them. He tends to get frustrated into the project and even somewhat abusive (because of his own oversights). In the end, it wasn’t what he did or didn’t do, it’s how he approached the situation after the money was in his hand (wink wink). He will basically treat you like a pos and talk down to you, because your project at a mobile home wasn’t high enough of a standard in comparison to other high-end properties he may deal with. They say be careful how you treat the little guy because it does expose how much smaller he, as a professional, is. Sad. Read more
