In 2022 another described eight rotting stockade poles pulled and re-cemented with metal poles added for support, and the fence unmoved on a windy day. One May 2026 customer noted the crew missed the first scheduled day, then arrived on time the next after a phone call. The two things worth raising both date to early 2022 and both concern money and paperwork. One customer wrote that no permits were pulled, that they had to go to the city to straighten it out, and that they felt overcharged for what was delivered. Another, on a snow-removal job, said they understood the price to be $50 and were billed $450 for a little over an hour's work — while saying the work itself was good. Neither complaint repeats anywhere in the recent run, which is uniformly positive. Both were about the same thing, though: what was agreed against what was charged. So settle the scope, the price and who pulls any permits in writing before the crew starts.
