Chris is the name on the calls. A June 2026 customer with a severe carpenter ant problem said he came that afternoon, with no ants since, and praised the absence of pushy contracts. A February 2026 review says his treatment took care of a mice problem over the winter. In July 2025, a customer wrote that he handled a large hornet nest quickly and safely, and an August 2025 Google reviewer described calling on a Friday around 3PM and having him arrive at 2 PM Saturday as promised for a yellow jacket nest. A July 2024 review credits immediate help with a white-faced hornet nest over a garage. Some customers go back years: an April 2025 reviewer has used Chris and his company at home and at a business for about 15 years, and a December 2023 customer has used him since moving to Bethel in 2009. A December 2023 review says he follows up to make sure one treatment resolved a wasp problem. Google shows 5★ from 33 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. The company's website offers free estimates, says it is insured and lists Registration: #19218. Its Connecticut pesticide applicator licence, PMBR.02288, is active.
