Flow. Pest Solutions

Flow. Pest Solutions is a pest-control company out of Norwalk with 245 Google ratings averaging 5 stars. One customer had mice in a shed; traps were set and the holes they were getting in through were filled, and none have been seen since. Steven came out for a wasp nest, took care of it and checked for others, a customer wrote. After spotting a few yellow jackets, one homeowner texted the company, and two days later they found an establishing nest and took care of it. During an insect-spray visit, Seth found a wasp nest that customer had not known about and came back quickly to deal with the wasps. A household that chose Flow over larger companies like Orkin says it has been mouse-free for over 5 months. A customer who switched from Terminix said Seth was punctual and thorough on a regular visit for small spiders. When one customer noticed activity in a utility room, they came out the next day, and Steven explained what he was looking for and the escalation steps for the future. One customer wrote that they were charged once, with no contract, and the removal was guaranteed. On Reddit, a commenter who described themselves as a Fairfield County homeowner of over 30 years said none of the at least five pest companies they had used came close to Flow's service. A separate Reddit poster asked whether anyone uses the company after it rang their bell and offered a discount on a yearly service plan. The company's own site lists a service area that includes Darien, Greenwich, Fairfield, Milford and Hamden, and describes termite control with detection, targeted treatments and preventative barriers. Connecticut lists its pesticide registration, PMBR.05340, as active, held by Flow Pest Solutions.
