I had the opportunity to work with Emanuel (Manny) Garcia, and he was absolutely amazing. After my tenants moved out, I wanted to get my property listed and sold. Manny quickly came in and identified the value of my house. He worked closely with me to tackle many of the post-move out and pre-listing tasks, and was just an absolute pleasure to work with. In addition, Manny did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout the process, setting up and running very professional open houses, and getting the property sold not only quickly be over the asking. I was very pleased with Manny and I would absolutely work with him again for either buying or selling a property. Thanks again.

Working with Elia Realty group was a great experience. I wanted to relocate from NH back to Ma but wanted to stay close to the NH border because of work and family. Elia Realty was so knowledgeable about the different areas of where I should go to best fit what I was looking for. Highly recommend them.

I just have to say that I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Hands down Manny Garcia is someone I’d recommend purely because he was so transparent and honest. A couple months back he helped me to sell my house and made the process so simple and easy. I can’t speak highly enough about working with this company, specifically Manny. He was great! Very positive & professional. Extremely personable with can do knowledge & attitude. There were some problems that came up & he was always willing to figure out the right solution & never had me doubting his ability to get it done. He kept in touch, never left me hanging or wondering what was going on & simply made a challenging difficult time that much easier! I put a lot of faith in him & I was not disappointed!!!
