Frank Mammola, named by reviewers as the owner, is the face of this Danbury roofing and siding company, which says it has 30 years in business and holds 4.8 stars across 37 Google ratings and 4.9 across 64 on both HomeAdvisor and Angi. Roof replacements done fast and cleaned up well are the usual story. Another June 2024 reviewer said Frank sent progress photos every couple of hours, and they found no nails or debris afterward. An April 2025 customer praised the copper flashing work and a long-term warranty on workmanship and materials. In a 2022 review, a homeowner said a crew led by Walter finished a 3,000 sq ft roof in two days and replaced all the plywood on the main part of the house. A May 2023 couple described wood siding torn down to the sheathing and replaced with wrap, insulation and new siding in under three days, plus new gutters. A February 2025 reviewer had the whole roof insulated with spray foam. The newest review, from October 2026, credits Nick, his staff and Rick. There are complaints. In a November 2024 review, a customer said the roof took two days instead of the one quoted, the dumpster sat for four days, and their Gutter Helmet leaf guard system was ruined, needing $2,000 to replace, and called Frank nasty once the job was paid. A September 2023 Angi reviewer wrote that the installation was so poor GAF gave them a full refund. Its BBB grade is B-, with one complaint on file. Can’t say enough positive things about Nick and his entire staff. Especially Rick! They are very detail oriented, professional and very knowledgeable. Their personable approach and responsiveness separates them from all the rest.
I just had my roof redone using Elite Home Exteriors out of Danbury, owned by Frank Mammola. Frank is experienced and pleasure to deal with. The team working on the rood were fast, considerate and excellent craftsman. The roof was done on time and within budget with a long term warranty on both workmanship and materials. The copper flashing work was exceptional. I would definitely use them again if I have a need for other exterior work.
Had my entire roof insulated, I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Very professional, crew was punctual and did great prep work to keep the area sealed and clean during install. Left the job site perfectly clean when they finished. Would definitely recommend Elite Home Exteriors services to anyone looking for spray foam insulation.

I was very disappointed with services of Frank Mammola and Elite Home Exteriors. My roof took 2 days, I was quoted 1 day. Dumpster was not picked up for 4 days. Gutter Helmet leaf guard system was ruined and needs to be replaced at a cost of $2000.00. Frank is a very fast talker and once the job is paid for he is very nasty and unprofessional. My advice is stay away. .
