Highlights
- Finished patios — two Google customers praise the completed work
- Winter snow removal — January–February 2026 customers described prompt arrivals and cleanup
Patio customers describe finished spaces they wanted to use: one Google reviewer says the patio exceeded expectations, and another says the family has been using theirs every day. Both name Brian and his team at Elite Pavers & Fencing. Google shows a 5-star average from five ratings. The company says it serves Springfield, Worcester and Framingham, along with Providence-area cities and several cities in Connecticut. Its website offers free estimates and says it is insured. Winter customers also describe roof snow removal. In a February 2026 Google review, one homeowner said Brian and the team arrived within an hour of the call, cleared the roof, and moved the fallen snow away from walkways and the deck. A January 2026 reviewer described same-day service after a ceiling leak, text updates about arrival, roof snow removal, and shoveling and salting the deck and stairs.

Huge shoutout to Brian and the team at Elite Pavers and Fencing LLC. We called them to get a ton of snow off our roof and they were at our house within an hour! Not only did they clear the roof, but they also took the time to move all that snow away from our walkways and off the deck so we weren’t buried. Super fast, really thorough, and just all-around great guys. Highly recommend!

10/10! Phenomenal team! Professional, hardworking, on time, went above and beyond on cleaning the snow from our very large and multiple roofs in freezing weather. Very good price as well. Brian is very professional, gives daily updates, and a great leader. Will use again 100%!

I highly recommend these guys! During this heavy dump of snow, I gave them a call because I had a leak in my ceiling. They arranged to come the same day, texted me throughout the day with their whereabouts and ETA. When they got here, they jumped right into removing all the snow from my roof, then shoveled the whole deck where the snow fell. Then he grabbed some salt and salted the deck, and stairs. Very efficient, professional and kind. I will be reaching back out to them come spring for some stone work. Thanks guys!!
