Elite Remodeling and Development says it has been in business 26 years, and its BuildZoom profile describes residential remodeling and new construction in Ridgefield, Connecticut and the surrounding area. In a 2014 review, a family said John and his crew renovated their second floor, including a full bathroom and updates to four upstairs rooms, on time and on budget, cleaning up at the end of each day; they had already signed up for a kitchen remodel. A 2013 customer said John DeRosa and his crew built a new fireplace mantle and replaced a stained and cracked slate hearth with a single slab, and that John suggested painting the brick facing instead of installing costly stone. Connecticut lists the company's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0612935, as active.

John and his crew did an amazing second floor renovation for our family. The job included a full bathroom renovation and updates to 4 upstairs rooms. They were on time and on budget. John is excellent at communicating and working with you. His crew are all very nice, trustworthy and always take time to clean up at the end of each day. It made living through a renovation possible! I would recommend Elite for any project. We've already signed them up for a kitchen remodel!
John DeRosa and his crew at Elite Remodeling completely transformed my LR fireplace mantle from drab and dinky to beautiful. They built a beautiful new mantle and replaced the stained and cracked slate hearth with a new single slab. They got the job done very quickly and never left a mess for me to clean up. And John is always concerned about the bottom line --- the customer's bottom line --- so rather than install costly stone over the brick facing he suggested I have it painted instead. That saved me thousands (and only cost $50) and it's perfect. John has done big jobs for friends of mine -- from bathroom remodels to new additions -- and I've never heard a complaint!
