We have worked with Clark for more than 20 years on projects big and small. This one happened to be small, but all the benefits of Clark still shine through. First they manage the project impeccably. You never have to worry about curveballs. They don't bring you problems, they bring solutions. Next, they have a core group of tradesman, all who work at the highest level. The timing and coordination between trades is well managed by the assigned Project Manager. Daily updates keep you informed about progress and timing. I highly recommend Clark for any projects you have in your home.
Worked with Mario on a in-law addition in Weston, CT. Basically a completely new house on our property. Mario was knowledgeable and attentive. He made himself available when needed and and had good recommendations along the way. The craftsmen on the job did excellent work and were able to accommodate our budget. They were respectful and clean and were able to accommodate changes we requested along the way.
This is the second time we used Clark Construction for a major renovation project in our home and the second we were extremely pleased not only in the quality of the work but every aspect of the process from design to completion, beginning to end
We have done two renovations with Clark.. a laundry room/ mudroom reno and a kitchen reno. They are two of the most used rooms in the house and in desperate need of not only a facelift but to be more functional for us. We did the laundry room first and they helped us design it to our precise requirements down to the multi function laundry and shoe pull out shelves and deep utility sink. The kitchen we wanted to open up and brighten up while keeping the layout mostly the same. We were very particular and they handled every question and critique with grace and professionalism. They worked very hard to help us stay within our budget while delivering all the must haves we couldn’t let go of.
Thoughtful. Transparent. Hard working. Honest. Responsive. These words and more describe our experiences with the Clark Construction Team. From the incredible design that was nothing short of inspired (thank you, Danielle!), to the exceptional logistics / operations (thank you, Ann!), to the extraordinary day-to-day leadership during and (as importantly) after the project (thank you, Matt!), we unequivocally recommend Clark Construction for any project needs!
