Ellsworth Waste Services

In July 2026 a customer wrote that the people who work at Ellsworth Waste Services are helpful and pleasant, and that they have never had a bad experience there. The facility at 15 Industrial Rd in Ellsworth, Maine, is part of DM&J Waste, which describes itself as a locally owned waste company with locations in Winterport and Ellsworth. The company says it specializes in transporting, disposing and recycling construction demolition debris, scrap metal and single-sort recycling, and that it can demolish a building too; its listed service area runs from Bangor and Brewer to Bar Harbor, Rockland, Machias and Augusta, with free estimates. A local Ellsworth news article has named it as a private option for waste service. In an October 2022 review, a customer described a nice facility and wrote that the guys helped them unload, and that their puppies got treats. An August 2022 customer called the tenders fast and helpful. Google shows 4.9 stars from 10 ratings.
