Elysian LLC

We highly recommend Chris, Johnee and their entire team at Elysian Build. They provided outstanding communication, project management and quality construction at our home following signficant damage. Chris was caring and understanding when he visited our home after the disaster and was able to commuicate his plan to remediate and rebuild our home to better than new. He explained how to go about a project of this scale in terms that were easy to understand and throughout the entire project (13 months) kept us informed of the projects progress, any issues encountered and actually where he was able to reduce the scope and save us some money. His team was onsite in a few days and addressed any issues that were presented, from structural to finish carpentry. The Elysian team handled all aspects of the permitting process (including local and state) and made the process of rebuilding seamless and as stress free as possible. Throughout the entire process his team was professional, courteous and the job site was kept extremely clean and organized. The communication throughout the process is what helps set Elysian apart from their competitors. While we were living out of state, the team communicated consistently to provide updates and their online system allowed us to view pictures of the projects progress, status of the overall project plan and they were quick to respond to any questions that we had. If we had a question, we received an answer either the same day or first thing the next day. The quality of the craftsmanship that they completed is second to none. The attention to detail is what sets Elysian apart and they go the extra mile to ensure that their work product exceeds your expectation at all times. They even rebuilt a wooden set of house numbers that were damaged without being asked and it meant so much to us that they took the time to do this. At the completion of our project, the house looks better than new and everyone compliments us on what an outstanding job Elysian did given the circumstances of our rebuild. We have continued to use Elysian for other projects at our home and highly recommend them for their quality and professionalism.

Chris and his team at Elysian Build are wonderful to work with! We (an interior design studio) have worked with them on several projects and continue to be thrilled with their work. Both their craftsmanship and project management is top notch; their attention to detail is evident in all of their work. Their communication throughout the project keeps everything running smoothly. When unexpected issues arise in the field they are great at finding creative solutions to the problems. Everyone on their team delivers exceptional results and we confidently refer them to all of our clients looking for a high-quality home builder.

Chris and Elysian Build are the best in the business. They are experts on the science of home building so you can rest assured your home will be not only well built, but healthy for you and your family. His team of professionals are willing to educate you so you understand the process from start to finish. Top notch!

We have had many general contractors over the past 15 years. Chris Smith and the Elysian group are best the we have worked with. Chris is as honest as they come and a joy to work with. Always on time, top shelf quality of workmanship and materials, maintaining clean work site, and fair costs. Elysian performed a complete remodel of a bathroom, built a beautiful bar area and wine storage, pergola, outdoor shower, and major upgrades to all windows and doors. Chris and the Elysian team are a rare combination of honest, hardworking, high quality contractors. I have no reservations recommending them to anyone looking for the best.
