Emerald Seamless Gutters

I hired them years ago when they had a CT (203) number. Bob did 2 gutter & leader jobs. I still have the receipts from 20+ years ago. Initially, he nailed the gutters on & they were NOT stable. When I had my house resided, the siding man screwed the gutters secure. NOW my gutters are filthy. I was told by a cleaning company that the present gutters would not get too clean if power washed so I decided to replace the gutters but NOT the leaders. Other than being dirty there is nothing wrong with them. A couple of years ago, I called these people. The girl & a guy came to give an estimate. I was told an estimate would be emailed to me. Waited for the estimate. Called them; woman said she emailed me the estimate; NO estimate... I ran into Travis wearing his Emerald Gutters T-shirt. He gave me his direct number. I called him & he came to take a look but would NOT give me a verbal estimate. ALSO, he would NOT do just the gutters. He wanted to replace the leaders, telling me the leaders could be split, etc. Well, my leaders are NOT split nor clogged. He told me, "I will not do the gutters unless I do the leaders, too, because my name is on the job." I CALL TOTAL BS...!!! Travis has NOT given me an estimate & it has been 2-3 months. I suppose because I do NOT want the leaders replaced. SMH Too much shade.

Google never gave me the opportunity to answer the poor review that we received I did get in touch with the customer and there was nothing to do to resolve the situation. As it is not an accurate review. The confusion was based on the builder who hired us to do the work.

Professional, courteous, did a beautiful job. We are. Wry pleased with their work and would recommend to anyone.
