Empire Pro Service LLC says it was started by two brothers who began by taking on any job they could. It holds a 5-star average from 36 Google ratings. A recent Google customer says Empire Pro returned their call within 2 hours, confirmed a quote for junk clean-up the same day and was at the house within 48 hours, finishing the job in maybe 20 minutes. A recent customer says they came out the same day for a junk removal and the junk was out of the house within the hour. A recent customer says the 2 brothers moved multiple items out of a cramped, cluttered 4th-floor apartment, down to their truck and on to a 2nd-floor storage unit, and stayed in contact before, during and after the move. That customer paid with Venmo and says they also take cash. A recent customer describes them as two brothers who showed up and got right to work, and recommends them to anyone on the East Side or anywhere in Providence who needs cleanout or junk removal.
