That customer said Jacob offered a fair price, he and his partner showed up on time, and they were patient with the customer's toddler, letting the child load some junk into their trailer. A Thumbtack customer said they came after work and got rid of a dining room table and six chairs. Another job was a large pile of yard debris, which a Thumbtack customer said they cleared out after getting there quickly and working around the customer's schedule. A Google customer said the quote was fair compared with other places they called. A 2026 Thumbtack customer said two men picked up two heavy old televisions on short notice and took them to a recycling center. A recent Thumbtack customer gave two stars after no-shows on two confirmed days with no call, and said the reply to their messages was rude. Fair quote compared to other locations I called. Commincation, Scheduling and payment was quick, simple and easy. They were on time and swiftly performed the removal service. If needed , I will contact them again

Contacted them last minute and they came thru for us at a great price when we needed them and their work was excellent! I highly recommend them!
Communication. They did not show up nor called first day they confirmed. No problem he called and explained. Scheduled again for next day. Again, no show no call. I message with no response. Two more messages nothing. I respond asking if I should just leave a review. He responds rudely saying “that’s not how it works bud”. Stayed thumbtack made the mistake and sent him out of area. Although he had address before the first no show no call. Took no responsibility and clearly could care less. He simply could have messaged stating he wasn’t coming. But nope, just made we wait. Simple common courtesy.
