Empower Electric LLC is a Stoneham, Massachusetts electrician handling residential and commercial work — panel upgrades, wiring and rewiring, lighting, and generator installation, with a 24/7 emergency response the company's own website says it can get on-site for within 90 minutes. The seven Angi reviews on file, all from 2021-2022, are uniformly positive and specific. Reviewers describe rewiring an entire multi-family home in Everett and a second-floor unit in Wilmington, adding 24 recessed lights plus centerpiece fixtures placed 'laser perfect,' and installing new outlets during a home renovation. Several reviews name the electrician Jimmy directly, praising fair, honest pricing and clean, professional work in customers' homes. One reviewer called the pricing on a renovation assessment 'honest and fairly priced'; another said the crew stood by their work. A couple of things are worth flagging before booking. The Massachusetts license registry verifies license #8187 as active under Empower Electric LLC, while Angi and HomeAdvisor both list a different number, #54776, for the same business — worth confirming which license applies to the work being done. There's also a conflict in the record on emergency service: the company's own website advertises 24/7 emergency response, but both Angi's and HomeAdvisor's FAQ listings state the business offers no emergency services. For lighting installs, panel work, or a home rewire in the Stoneham area, the reviews on file — while limited to seven — describe consistently careful, well-priced work; it's worth asking directly about license number and after-hours availability before relying on either claim.
Empower Electric did a great job. I had them rewire my Multi Family home in Everett. I also had them rewire my second floor of my home in Wilmington. They also did some outside lights for me as well. Jimmy was very professional and gave me a great price.
They installed all of my new recessed lighting throughout my house and I could not be happier with how it came out! Reasonably priced, on time and know what they are doing! Highly recommend!
Excellent quality of work. Easy to communicate with, quick to respond. Helped us to assess the work needed for our home renovation. And was honest and fairly priced. Highly recommend Jimmy and Empower Electric for any work you are looking to have done:
Professional and respectful of my home, Empower Electrician’s did an amazing job adding 24 recessed lights, hanging centerpiece lights laser perfect and placing additional power outlets where I needed them. They were perfectionists with every task! I would recommend Empower!
