Encon Pest Control

Encon Pest Control describes itself on HomeAdvisor as treating termites, carpenter ants, bed bugs, cockroaches, bees, mice, rats, fleas and spiders. A 2019 customer with an ant problem said Debbie fit them in right away and Ryan sprayed around the foundation and inside where the ants seemed to be coming from. That 2019 customer said there were more ants that night, and Debbie explained that the nest had been disturbed and that was normal. A 2019 customer said the tech inspected the home for spots rodents could enter from, put down poison traps and mentioned "a cracked and rotted door jab at our basement entrance." That 2019 customer later replaced the door and said the number of mice dropped within a day. A 2018 customer said the technician placed bait traps throughout the units of a multi-family property they own, and that it solved the problem after one visit. A 2020 customer said the company had to return once, a couple months after the first visit, and did so right away and free of charge. A 2019 customer said the on-site associate told them the service included a re-check in 6 months, but the office said a re-check would cost an additional fee. That 2019 customer said the company agreed after some back and forth to come back for free, but the re-check was never done.
