On Google it holds 5 stars from 10 ratings, and the Connecticut registry shows Energy Busters LTD's home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0656456, as active. In another November 2025 review, a customer said Mark walked them through the options and the benefits of triple-pane glass with "no high-pressure sales nonsense," and helped them choose a garden window for the kitchen, a bay window for the living room and standard replacement windows elsewhere; the crew caught a couple of small details on installation day and fixed them on the spot. A third November 2025 customer described a bay window and a kitchen door, and said they would be requesting the same crew for future projects. In April 2026 a customer credited Mark and his team with professional work and clear communication on their windows. Mark and his team were very professional from start to finish, with excellent communication, I would highly recommend especially for windows which is what we had done, you won't be disappointed.
