A 2022 customer said Randy took the time to talk them through everything and made sure they understood their system. A 2022 customer with a septic pump station problem said he gave a price of $1000, replaced the pump and cleaned the tank, then came back a couple of months later to fix a couple of bad wire nuts and charged $1300. A 2022 customer wrote that Randy charged $536 above his quote upon completion of the job and did not adhere to his appointment schedule.

Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later). He unfortunately couldn't fix it as it was out of his purview, but he gave me details about which companies could, and which of those he'd recommend. He also followed up with me the next day to make sure I was ok and had gotten help with my issue, which I really appreciated.

BEWARE he does not stick to the prices he QUOTES!!! He charged $536 above his quote upon completion of job. Will not recommend nor ever use Randy to repair or pump out septic again! Second problem, he does not adhere to his appointment schedule. His answer, there's a communication problem.
Working with Randy was great. Took the time to talk us through everything and made sure we understood our system. Highly recommended
