EP Landscape Demo & Services is the outfit Boston-area homeowners call for two very different seasons of trouble: an overgrown yard in spring or fall, and a driveway or roof buried in snow come winter. Elbert, who runs the crew, shows up by name in dozens of reviews — the company says it has served Greater Boston since 2008. The winter side of the business stands out. Reviewers describe EP clearing ice dams off a roof the same day they called, shoveling three feet of snow off a car in a hotel parking lot, and working a tricky third-floor roof snow removal during an active storm. One Canton customer, buried under nearly three feet after a state-plow dump, said Elbert got a crew out within a day. On the landscaping side, the pattern is just as consistent: spring and fall cleanups that dig out weeds and roots, cart away branches and leaves, and leave a border formed around the yard — the kind of detail that shows up review after review, not just once. The numbers back it up. Google puts EP at 4.9 stars across 105 ratings, and HomeAdvisor separately shows 5.0 across 73. Reviews run from 2025 into 2026 across five platforms — about a hundred in total — and the last six months alone brought 23, with none negative. Several customers mention hiring the crew again for a second project, which tracks with how often people say they'd use EP again. There's not much to flag. One Google review, from mid-2025, is a blunt one-star warning to "look elsewhere" — an outlier against a review history that otherwise runs almost entirely five stars. Worth noting too: the company's own site brands itself "EP Landscape & Design," describing landscape design, hardscaping/masonry and estate maintenance work, while Google, HomeAdvisor and its legal paperwork all use "EP Landscape Demo & Services LLC" — same business, different name on different platforms. For a seasonal cleanup or a winter storm call, this is a well-documented, responsive pick — several reviewers specifically mention same-day quotes and quick scheduling. If the job leans toward hardscaping or masonry rather than cleanup or snow work, it's worth asking directly what that side of the business looks like in practice, since the reviews on file lean heavily toward yard cleanup and snow removal.
Elbert kept in touch with me before and during the work.. Really appreciated that. The work was very well done and sometimes demanding. I am happy to have hired EP Landscape.
well as we said we used EP again for a different yard project. Work was completed as quoted on time and done well. Price was great and communication was smooth. They are great to work with.
Response time 5 stars called and same day they came out to quote. Pricing is well worth the amount of work, care and dedication put into their day to day treatment of the property, people, animals and earth itself. (also I do not think it was very expensive). They came for a total yard cleanup and I am left feeling like a little princess. :) Crew workers are all fabulous people, treatment is like a family. I will be singing praises for quite some time!!! My whole family is thrilled! What a wonderful experience with genuine caring people for a fabulous company all around!
Elbert and his crew were hardworking, responsive and got the job done! Would recommend this company to anyone who needs landscaping work done.
so prompt, did my work within an hour of my tel call. The owner was very nice and his crew. Price was reasonable
