I met Bob and explained I need R.E.M....Rack,Edge and Mulch. I showed him the whole yard front and back. He only did a cursory job on the flower bed racking and then just covered everything up with a layer of mulch. Some areas were not covered with mulch and others we just lightly covered. Clean up was spoty at best. I was not happy with the job and would not request his service again.
