Estate Sales Connecticut, LLC

Great and organized work

I'm writing this review to support Estate Sales CT LLC. Knowing Jonathan and his business savvy and the care that he exhibits in whatever endeavor he pursues is outstanding. I'm not sure about that first review but for my money there is no one more trustworthy and competent than Estate Sales CT LLC.

I really hate to leave such a poor review. I am sure that Hollis and her crew actually did more work than was required under our contract, in a difficult situation not of either of our makings. I hired CT Estate Sales, LLC to conduct an Estate Sale and clean out my house in Middlebury in connection with our move to Argentina. We sorted things that our movers were to ship and Collis was to sell, donate or toss the rest and get the house broom clean for the closing. Unfortunately, the closing was scheduled only a few days after the weekend of the sale, so Collis had a lot of work to do in a little time. The reason for this rating is that despite repeated requests, I have never received a final statement showing how much money was received from the sale and how much time was expended and expense incurred under the contract. I never received a penny from the sale (anda lot of fine things were sold), and it may well be that the Compnay cost in performing was greater than what they took in, BUY SINCE THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME A STATEMENT, it seems I may never know for sure. I am now in Argentina so there is little I cando except leave this review. I relied on my real estate broker in choosing this company. I would not do business with them again.
