Ben and Anthony were extremely accommodating in fixing our air conditioning unit on a recent hot and humid August day! Would recommend Evergreen HVAC to anyone looking for competent and efficient service.

Ben and his team did a phenomenal job with the installation of a new heat pump and ducted system in our 100 year old home. He was extremely communicative and an excellent owner operator. He was fair, honest, and everyone on the team was the same way - from the crew to the office. We had an issue with cooling a few weeks after installation and Ben took the time to repair / diagnose the issue expeditiously, as well as ensure follow up that everything was going smoothly. We highly recommend Evergreen, they obviously take tremendous pride in their work and it shows.

I could not speak more highly of Evergreen Heating and Cooling. Ben and his team are absolutely top notch. I had heat pump installation with completely new duct work with a multi zone system running both a ducted air handler and a ductless unit. From the start of the process they made me feel confident in choosing them and I felt heard in the needs for my home. They made applying for permits and inspection seamless. Their communication both directly to the owner as well as his office staff was always friendly, accessible, efficient and effective. His team on site was extremely kind and professional and their work goes above and beyond. The attention to detail, tidiness and quality of work they performed in my home should be the industry standard. On top of this Their work has gained them being a diamond level installer for Mitsubishi products making their warranty best in class. I could not recommend this company more highly.

Evergreen Heating & Cooling is one of a kind. They are great people that do even better work. My hot water tank started leaking fast just weeks after closing on a new home. One quick call to these guys and they had it taken care of immediately and done with perfection. Evergreen is top notch and will be the only group I call for my home.

Ben and his team ( including Leia) were polite, professional, clean and efficient. Ben was quick to respond to my questions and kept us informed about installation time lines, etc. A company that takes pride in their work...hard to find these days. 5 stars!! *****
