Evergreen Yard Care holds 4.8 stars from 17 Google ratings. A recent customer said Kyle met a last-minute deadline, was clear about pricing and helped keep the job within budget, and that his crew was fast and pleasant to have on site. A recent customer with an agreement for weekly trimming around tree beds and some mowing said the company came out 4 times in a period that should have meant 12 visits, and showed up only after being contacted. That customer also said the first visit left irrigation lines scattered and disconnected and destroyed a water line fitting. A 2026 customer said Derek plowed out a cobblestone driveway after a big storm, raising the plow blade just enough to clear the snow without scraping the pavers. A 2026 customer who hired the company for plowing on a neighbor's recommendation called it responsive and efficient, and a 2025 customer said Kyle and his team were easy to communicate with and efficient.
Unless you have a basic grassy area to be mowed, I recommend avoiding this company. They drafted an agreement for weekly trimming around tree beds and some mowing. That weekly visit never occurred. Once more than two weeks, even 3 weeks had passed, I would reach out - and only then would they show up. It’s like our account wasn’t even on the calendar. They consistently missed areas and then would project frustration toward me. On their first visit they left our irrigation lines scattered and disconnected and had destroyed a water line fitting. I gave benefit of the doubt, asked for a bit more care, but they continued to wait weeks to show, and only after I reached out. When this conflict arose, they talked down to me. It was a disappointing experience. The contract displayed “weekly” mowing. That would’ve equaled 12 visits…they managed to come out 4 times in that period.
Evergreen Yard Care was excellent. Kyle was easy to work with, met my last minute deadline, and was very clear about pricing while helping me stay within budget. His crew was fast, professional, and pleasant to have on site. The results look great. Highly recommend and I will definitely use them again!
Derek was a lifesaver after this big storm! He plowed us out so quickly and perfectly, I will never shovel my driveway again! We have a cobblestone driveway and my husband was a bit worried about having it plowed. But Derek was very careful and raised the plow blade up just enough to clear the snow and never scraped the pavers. We are very happy!
Evergreen was recommended to us for plowing services by a neighbor. So far they have been great. They are responsive and efficient. Looking forward to potentially using them for other services come spring.
Kyle and his team were great- very easy to communicate and work with and efficient in their work.
