Noonan Landscaping LLC describes itself on its website as a Greater Portland contractor specializing in hardscape installations, and names Tim Noonan as owner/operator. The company says it has been in business for 20 years. A 2025 customer said Tim built a retaining wall and patio and included several adjustments to improve the design. Another job started with an eroding asphalt walkway: a 2025 customer wrote that Tim evaluated it, offered suggestions for long-term durability and curb appeal, and suggested installing granite steps. That 2025 customer also said Tim will not cash a deposit check until he has actually started the job. A 2025 customer said they made last-minute adjustments to the plan as Tim began work on a new patio, and that he still finished in a timely manner despite a week of 90+ degree cloudless days. In 2024, a customer said Tim replaced an old paver patio that a previous company had poorly installed, and described the result as perfectly leveled, with no sections pooling water and no loose stones. That 2024 customer also said he cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.
Tim is a skilled craftsman. His work is precise and beautiful. He works hard and fast but not by sacrificing quality. He built a retaining wall and patio for us and included several adjustments to improve the design. We highly recommend Tim and plan to have him perform our next project as well
Highly recommend Tim Noonan! He evaluated my old asphalt walkway which was eroding due to age and downhill water runoff. Tim shared his thoughts on how to correct the problem and provided suggestions for long-term durability and curb appeal. Our front door walkway coming from the street had also become hazardous because of erosion there and the pitch of getting up the walkway, and Tim suggested installing granite steps. As you can see from the picture, the steps and walkway are gorgeous! I found Tim to be honest, sincere, responsive, a hard worker, and an all-around nice guy. Of note, attributing to his honesty, is that Tim will not cash your deposit check until he has actually started the job.
We could not be happier with our new patio that Tim just completed! From initial inquiry through the completion of the project, Tim was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. His pricing is fair and transparent, and more than lives up to the quality of the finished product. We made some last minute adjustments to the plan as he began his work, and he still finished in a timely matter, despite a week of 90+ degree cloudless days. The quality and attention to detail are everything we had hoped for, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tim to friends, family, or anyone looking for a top notch landscaper.
Just had my old patio replaced and could not be happier with the results! I have a beautiful new space. Tim’s has a great attention to detail. It was great to work with and I would not hesitate to work with him on other projects!
We had the pleasure of working with Tim to replace an old paver patio that had been poorly installed by a previous company. Tim was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive to our inquiry, fitting our project into his schedule promptly and providing a fair estimate. The result was an amazing patio that exceeded our expectations—perfectly leveled, no sections pooling water, no loose stones, no trip hazards, and no cheap plastic edging. Tim's meticulous attention to detail truly stood out. He didn't cut corners, never rushed, and used the best tools, techniques, and products for the job. He cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, showcasing a level of professionalism and care that's rare nowadays. We couldn't be happier with the final product and highly recommend Tim for his outstanding work.
