Evolution Pro Builder Group LLC

Evolution Pro Builder Group is a Randolph, Massachusetts general contractor and custom home builder — new homes and additions at one end, roofing, siding and decks at the other. The company says it has been at it five years and that it works across Massachusetts, including the South Shore and Cape Cod. Its site also states a James Hardie siding certification, the manufacturer's own program for installers of that fiber-cement product. For a homeowner weighing a re-side, an addition or a build from the ground up in that stretch of the state, ask for the addresses of two or three finished jobs nearby and the numbers of the people who hired them. Confirm the Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration and construction supervisor licence, and ask for certificates of liability and workers' compensation insurance before the first delivery lands in the driveway.
