Skyline Construction

Converting a small room into a full bathroom is one of the jobs homeowners have described hiring Skyline Construction for. In an April 2022 Google review, a customer credited Sam with attention to detail, a fair quote and daily cleanup, and said personnel availability did not cause delays once the job began. Another customer writing in September 2022 said Sam explained budget-conscious options for making a small bathroom accessible and completed the work before a family member returned from rehabilitation in a wheelchair. The Randolph company advertises home renovations, including kitchen and bathroom remodeling, basement finishing, additions, carpentry, flooring, painting, decking and patio work. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, number 200333, is active under Skyline Construction LLC. Thumbtack shows 4.9 stars from 50 ratings; Google shows five stars from 12 ratings. Carpentry accounts describe both rebuilding and repair. A September 2022 customer said Sam and his team rebuilt a back deck and stairs after another contractor’s poorly done work, explained what needed doing and finished on time. In a December 2021 BuildZoom review, a homeowner described porch rebuilding, other porch-area repairs and a fence repair, with explanations of the materials and updates as work progressed. A June 2025 Thumbtack reviewer described two safety gates and a new ladder for an above-ground pool, praising responsiveness, punctuality and costs clearly outlined on the invoice. Smaller interior jobs also appear in dated customer accounts. A March 2025 reviewer praised the workers who installed a kitchen backsplash and Sam’s estimate and follow-through. In September 2023, a Thumbtack customer said Sam drywalled the kitchen and reinstalled a hood after another company’s work went wrong. A November 2023 customer, dealing with insurance coverage for mold removal in a downstairs bathroom for the first time, said Sam and his crew helped through the process and stayed within the budget. A June 2021 customer described Sam installing a bathroom vanity despite a difficult plumbing orientation. When a small issue arose the next morning, the customer said he returned promptly to repair it.
