Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #129563, is active on the state registry, and its BBB page also lists a Massachusetts construction supervisor registration, #CS069342. One thing to sort out on the first call: the listings disagree about who runs the company. BBB names David J. Harris as owner and president, BuildZoom says Keith Snowden, and the two pages carry different phone numbers. Ask who you will be dealing with and which number reaches them. For repointing, a stone wall, front steps or a chimney on an older Boston house, this is a masonry-only shop with a long run of permitted work behind it. Ask to see a repointing job from the last year or two, and get the scope and the price in writing.
