The most recent reviews, all from August 2026, describe a smooth, well-communicated buying or selling process — agents described as professional, responsive, and attentive to questions throughout. One reviewer singled out agent Lisa specifically, saying she went above and beyond during a purchase, the kind of hands-on advocacy people look for given how many moving parts a Cape Cod sale or purchase can have.
