Express Home Restoration LLC works out of 133 Southworth Street in Brockton and is hired mainly for roofs and siding, with gutters, flooring, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, water mitigation and tree work also on its list. The customer record is uniformly positive across Google, Angi, HomeAdvisor and the Better Business Bureau, and it is specific enough to be worth reading rather than just counting. A homeowner in April 2026 described the crew working twelve hours straight to finish a roof ahead of rain the next day, with the process explained clearly beforehand. A July 2025 reviewer who identified himself as a professional engineer with twenty years of experience hiring contractors said this was the only one of three bidders who actually climbed onto the roof to assess the work, and singled out a contract with no weasel words, protected shrubs and a clean site. Another July 2025 customer had a roof replaced in a day and said the company helped deal with the insurer. Smaller jobs get the same treatment: a handrail fitted to granite steps in October 2025, and a loose sheet on a chimney reattached along with an antenna in March 2025. Siding customers name Diego and his team, and roof and general customers name Jonathan. The Better Business Bureau accredited the company in February 2025 and grades it A, giving length of time in operation as the reason. That same profile is where the most important caution sits: BBB records the business as started and incorporated on 11 July 2024, with three employees and Jessica Mayancela Guaman as manager. The company's own website claims to have been 'serving homeowners for over 15 years' and, elsewhere on the same pages, 'over 10 years of experience'. Neither is supportable — this is a business roughly two years old, and its four public building permits all date from 2025: re-roofs in North Dighton and Taunton and siding replacements in Pembroke and Randolph, valued between $7,000 and $15,500. On credentials, one number holds up well. Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor registration 212839 appears on BBB, BuildZoom and Angi, all naming this business, with BuildZoom describing it as active on its July 2026 check and BBB giving an expiry of 1 August 2026. A second number, CS-120861, appears only on BBB, which attributes it to the wrong agency; a CS licence is a construction supervisor's personal credential rather than a company registration, so treat it as unconfirmed. This looks like a genuinely well-run young roofing and siding company with strong, specific customer feedback. Go in with the right expectations: confirm registration 212839 with the Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, ask directly how long the company itself has been trading rather than relying on the website's figure, note that its HIC registration expires 1 August 2026, and get the workmanship warranty in writing given how short the track record is.

Just had my roof done by express home restoration. This is a hard-working crew. The owner Jonathan pays attention to detail. The team worked for 12 hours straight to complete the job due to rain coming the next day. Jonathan explained the process very clearly. They showed on time and we’re very respectful to my yard and property. They cleaned my yard of all debris. Leaving behind a beautiful new roof. I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof or siding. They also do kitchens and bathrooms. I would definitely use them again in the future.
