Factory Carpet Outlet

We were on a very tight schedule and needed to have the carpets installed before our move-in date. Lou did an amazing job accommodating our timeline and guiding us through the selection process. From placing the order to completing the installation, the entire process took only six days. We really appreciated how quickly and smoothly everything was handled!

Great customer service! They were able to quickly quote us and then install was done within a week. We are extremely happy with the results & will recommend to friends and family.

Large inventory. Excellent service. Very knowledgeable staff. They deliver rugs and padding for a fee.

We got 1300 sq ft of Mohawk laminate. Purchasing from Factory Carpet Outlet has been a great experience. I noticed quality brands and products in their showroom and they are knowledgeable about what they sell. From Michelle in sales to the driver that brought it to our door the service has been beyond expectations.

Very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
