We have used GQ Hardwood Floors twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. A few years ago, Jonathan and his team installed new hardwood floors in our upstairs bedrooms and refinished the existing floors on our main level. The quality of the work was excellent, and the pricing was very fair. More recently, we purchased a small cottage and asked Jonathan to tackle a unique challenge: repairing the floors and matching them to the very old hardwood in the main room. Once again, he and his team delivered exceptional results. What really sets GQ Hardwood Floors apart is their customer service. Even after the project was complete, Jonathan went out of his way to stop by and provide additional materials I needed for future work. It's rare to find that level of care and professionalism. Jonathan and his team were amazing!!! They did my 3rd floor and when I saw how amazing the hard woods looked I ripped up my 2nd floors carpet to let him work on those floors as well. He was able to bring the 2nd and 3rd floors back to their original look. He showed up when he said he would and on time, two things that are hard to find lately.
