Furniture is the other half of the story. A 2023 customer who first found Nate through a Facebook Marketplace posting for Adirondack chairs said that over a couple of months he made a swing, a dining room table and benches, side tables and a butcher block coffee table, and refinished a dresser he found for them. That 2023 customer wrote that the pieces were holding up well after two years and that the prices were more than fair. A 2025 customer said a custom planter came out exactly as described, and that Nate suggested a larger base than he normally would build for stability and burned the inside to try to make the wood last longer. A 2023 customer said they had used Far North for projects from carpentry to electrical to furniture design and home remodeling work, and that Nate was transparent with his pricing and would say when a job was outside his wheelhouse. A 2023 customer said Nate completed the job in one day and cleaned everything up with no trace he was there. Some jobs were washing work. A 2024 customer said Nate washed mildew from all over their siding. A 2024 reviewer wrote that exterior furniture, a deck and a patio were power washed, with attention to detail on deep soil surfaces.
