Work went well and as expected - thanks for helping us

Delayed/rescheduled initial call, but was very prompt with appointment and time efficient in resolution. Quote couldn?t be provided in advance for initial service, cost was reasonable for an initial house call and quick fix. Damaged drain hardware in process of fixing leak and said cost would double to fix damage because work would have to be repeated for new installation. Charges a 4% upcharge for payment via credit card when market rate for processor and gateway fees is 2.6-2.9% and is typically a cost paid by a business just like banking fees required to process an ach or e-deposit a check.

We moved into this house two years ago, and we knew the day was coming where we would have to overhaul our plumbing. It was all installed in the mid-1990s and would be difficult to repair due to obsolescence. It was overwhelming to think about and we just kept putting it off. Thankfully, we crossed paths with Kyle and Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical. He drove all the way over to our home and took the time to give us a candid, detailed assessment of the house’s plumbing and recommendations for what should be updated. Kyle’s knowledge and passion was re-assuring and convinced us that the time was now to take the plunge, and it was a great decision. The quality of Kyle’s work is tremendous and now it feels like we moved into a whole new home. On top of that, his pricing is very reasonable along with the monthly financing, which made this a much more manageable investment. Nothing like turning the faucet on and seeing clear, filtered water come out. Fellowship Plumbing & Mechanical gets two thumbs up from us. Thanks Kyle!

Great experience. Kyle worked super quickly, had everything done in under an hour, and was thorough and professional. We just bought our house, and plan on using Fellowship for other projects.
