A 2024 review described three plumbing emergencies over the years: a leaking toilet, a leaking pipe and a shower valve that wouldn't shut off. That 2024 review said TPS answered calls even on weekends and solved the problem on the same day each time. The same 2024 review said Lewis was excellent at diagnosing the problem, gave different price options, and left the place cleaner after fixing the problem.

I had a great experience with TPS ! They were professional, showed up on time, the plumber explained everything clearly and got the job done efficiently. The whole process was stress-free, and the pricing was fair. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable plumber!
I have been working with Lewis Mathews in seeking reimbursement for plumbing work that was double billed, and paid twice in the amount of $17,000. He has yet to reimburse for the money he accepted. He has been evasive, cocky, and consistently does not follow through on repayment plans.
TPS PLUMBING did a very bad job and misrepresented himself as having the ability to do dry wall and sheetrock after he fixed a burst pipe. The job was so botched I had to bring in two other contractors to fix it.
The subsequent contractors said he had no experience as illustrated by the lack of quality of his work. Now i have to bring in another plumber to be sure what he did was correct.
Plus, in trying to resolve the issue his office hung up on me three times and thus far have not answered any of my texts so that we can have an amicable resolution. I’m sad to say that because of his inability to resolve this amicably, my next step will be the legal route where because of his willful negligence state law allows for triple damages. When all I ever wanted was an apology!
