Fence World Inc

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I patiently waited for a full week to get someone at my property. After that, it took six days for an email with the quote. I followed up respectfully asking for a break down to determine the gate cost as the other quote I got was substantially different. I simply wanted to compare the quality of the gates and the difference in pricing. I had intended to go with this company despite the high price difference based off of a refferal I received, but felt it necessary to understand the pricing structure differences; something educated consumers do…. After another full week of no reply I called the office and was assured by Karen that I would receive a call by the end of the day. She was very sweet and professional but the owner who I could clearly hear on the background was the polar opposite. I learned this today when I called to follow up for the second time after not receiving a phone call back last week. He (Vinny) took the phone and gave an example of when you go to a restaurant you don’t get an itemized bill/ the cost is the cost. lol- maybe he doesn’t eat out? As a business owner I can say with certainty, if you won’t provide an itemized cost you are 100% hiding something. He was extremely rude, condescending and felt he could talk down to me which resulted in me matching his energy and promptly ending the phone call. I hope everyone reading this decided to take their business elsewhere.

I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. We had a black aluminum fence installed around a large backyard that is asymmetrical, sloped, and required multiple gates (one of which had to be set into concrete). These guys really know what they're doing! They showed up as scheduled, were knowledgable, friendly, and professional, and did an amazing job. The fence looks great, and has improved our backyard area ten times over. Highly recommend.

I had fence world come out to install 6ft high vinyl fence and I couldn't be any happier. The guys did a great job, worked through a bad storm to make sure that they finished. The crew answered all my questions and concerns that I had and were very friendly and hardworking crew. The estimate I got was very fair. Karen In the office was very helpful and organized and very friendly. I will be using fence world for all my future needs.Thank you all again for a job well done sincerely happy customer

Good price, respectful workers, good quality of work. A little slow on giving quotes, but I found that to be true with all fencing contractors.

FenceWorld did an amazing job at a great price. Had multiple companies quote the job and Vin came in as the most professional and transparent with the best pricing. It was a no-brainer. Highly recommended!!
