The same 2022 customer said the repair was done on time and as quoted, and that they had not had any leaking issues. A 2023 customer said John replaced an Andersen sliding glass door that had started to disintegrate, matching two older doors in the room. A 2019 customer with 40 Pella windows from the mid-1990s said John Brady traveled over an hour to look at weather stripping that was coming off, and offered to caulk and glue it back in place instead of replacing the entire framework. A 2021 customer said that when the window manufacturer's delivery driver tore up the lawn, John arranged a landscaper to repair it and notified the manufacturer it would be responsible for payment. The work has reached past windows. A 2020 customer said the company handled window and door replacements and interior tile work for them, and a 2018 customer said John installed two ceiling fan/lights with remote controls despite older wiring and wall switches. A 2024 customer said John answered texts and phone calls, called back when he said he would and arrived on time. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0643083, as active, held by Fine Home Solutions by Brady LLC.
John Brady is that rare breed of gentleman and business owner who is completely focused on helping the customer rather than simply making a sale. He answers texts and phone calls, calls back when he says he will, arrives on time and makes recommendations that are cost effective and supremely helpful. John’s knowledge of windows, in particular Pella products, is deep and he is happy to share it with you. Highly recommend without reservation.
John replaced an Andersen sliding glass door that had started to disintegrate. He did a beautiful job matching two older doors that were in the room and was meticulous and professional in his work. I can"t give him a better recommendation.
John and his team were asked to replace a double window that had been causing us huge headaches for many years. The old window had a leak and water was getting down to our first floor ceiling. John came out and determined that the frame below the old window was rotten and provided us with a quote to repair the damage and install a new Pella double window. When they got here, the team determined that the flashing on the siding around the top of the old window had been installed incorrectly, they corrected that problem and did not ask us for any additional money. The repair was done on time, as quoted and team did a great job cleaning up. We have not had any leaking issues and the new windows are working and looking great!
I can’t say enough good things about John and his team and the fine work they did on our windows replacement project. Completed on schedule, reasonably priced, and always courteous and professional.
Stellar company! John and associates do BEAUTIFUL work; they not only met but far exceeded my expectations in installing custom windows. They are meticulous, conscientious, trustworthy and leave zero mess behind - and very-much went the extra mile for me/my project. As only one example, when the window manufacturer (not Fine Home Solutions) delivered the windows to my home in advance of the installation, the delivery driver tore-up my lawn. John went to the trouble of arranging a landscaper to repair the lawn and notified the window manufacturer that they would be responsible for payment. Fine Home Solutions is a quality company; I recommend them highly!
