LGS is a godsend. My historic home needed some TLC and much needed restoration. LGS did a beautiful job on the roof, deck, and windows. Attention to design, aesthetics, quality materials and craftsmanship. Highly recommend! Thank you!!!!

Luis did an excellent job of creating storage in our attic. He was very professional, considerate of our needs, made helpful suggestions to make the project better, and most importantly everything was done right the first time. We had previously hired someone else to do the same job, but caused a lot of damage and ran off without properly fixing what they broke. Luis repaired the attic staircase that was broken in the process. Will be hiring Luis again for any of our future carpentry needs. Photos are before and after

Luis is extremely professional. He is conscientious and his work goes beyond what is “just required “ but addresses the long term both in materials and craftsmanship. I was in the construction field for many years and he is an exception.
