I can't say enough about how grateful I am that Todd from Fire Clean-Up Services answered my call. Our hot water heater broke while we were away and the paralysis I felt was so quickly eased when I spoke with Todd and told him what had happened. From ongoing communication with me, to our insurance company, and even to our contractor, Todd has been kind, empathetic, informative, and as a bonus, hilarious! Having a situation I hadn't contended with yet in my homeownership years, the possibility of being taken advantage of is always in the back of my mind. But knowing that the expertise needed to make our home safe again was housed in someone caring enough to sacrifice time with his family on a holiday weekend to help a slightly panicky stranger, not only promptly but with a smile on his face and his words full of empathy took my burden of what to do now so I could focus on what to do next. This group made our mini-disaster so much more manageable. I don't wish for anyone to need to call for an emergency cleanup, but if you find yourself in that place, you don't need to look any further.

Todd and his crew were fantastic. He treated our situation like a top priority from the very beginning. We had a unique situation where our furnace caught fire, and it needed to be removed, the area professionally cleaned, and then coordinated with the installers returning to put in the new furnace. Todd and his crew were on top of everything every step of the way. They did exactly what they said they would do — and went above and beyond. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they had no problem working directly with the insurance company, which made the process so much easier for us. What impressed us the most was that the same afternoon the cleaning was completed, Todd personally called to thoroughly ask how the job turned out and if we were satisfied. In today’s world, you just don’t see that level of customer service anymore. We highly recommend Todd and his crew. Great experience overall, and our home was left absolutely immaculate job!

Huge thanks to Todd,Jarred,Jon,and Joe for preforming an excellent mold remediation job on my home. Todd came out Monday morning to inspect and was here first thing Tuesday morning with his crew to take care of everything I requested. Their immediate assistance was outstanding to say the least! I highly recommend getting in touch with Todd for any needs you may have, he's quick,straightforward and took his time to go over all jobs preformed and answered any questions I had. I called FCS when some motential mold was found during a home inspection. Todd, the owner, met me at the house the next morning and evaluated the situation. Todd was so helpful and came prepared to handle the job that day. He even offered to speak to the buyer of the home and gave them a comfort level about the situation. Todd was consultative, professional and 100% trustworthy. I would wholeheartedly recommend Todd and FCS.
