McBride's Water Advantage describes itself on its website as a partner for water testing, water filtration and well pump services, and says it has been in business for 22 years. The service area its website lists includes Allenstown, Bedford, Bow, Concord and Deerfield. Its BBB listing names services including acid neutralizers, iron filters, radon mitigation, arsenic removal, tannin filters, and bacteria and odor removal. In a recent Google review, a customer who woke up to no water said McBride's team diagnosed the issue and set them up with a new well pump that same afternoon; the company answered their phone call at 6 am, and the owner himself came out to the house to figure out what they needed. A recent reviewer wrote that the technician explained the chemistry of their system, including why it has all the tanks it has, helped with servicing it and had 2 water samples taken. Another recent reviewer said technician Elijah was timely, explained what the visit would entail and approximately how long it would take, educated them on yearly service maintenance and left the work area spotless. A customer who has McBride come for annual service on their water treatment wrote that the company has gone above and beyond to get the system 100% in the past, even though it was not the original installer.
