FIRMLY ROOTED LANDSCAPING

Chris seemed like a nice enough guy. Came out to give us a quote on some large projects. While he was here he fixed an irrigation head of ours that had broken, however, he replaced it with a directional sprayer versus 360 spraying, as it was previously. Silly me did not stay to check that it was correct and discovered it that evening. When I reached out he said it was a simple fix and he would pop by when he was in the area. This was back in May. Since then I have reached our 2 or 3 additional times and have heard nothing in reply. We did not go with this company for the larger products and im glad we didnt if they can't even be bothered to fix their own mistake.

Firmly rooted landscaping has made our long time goal of getting a patio a reality! Because of the weather up here in New England, they do not pour concrete, but only pavers. Pavers are very pleasing to the eye and if a paver or two does break or crack, its an easy fix/replacement. Whereas concrete will crack and break and the fix for that is expensive. Just get pavers! And check out our pictures! Looks incredible right? We started our experience with Firmly Rooted by them winterizing our irrigation every year. After a few years I decided to upgrade to their mowing services. Their mowing service is incredible and mow every week! Makes the yard look great! We also decided to remulch our flower beds and they did a great job and looks incredible! Because of the great work we decided to stick with them by getting a paver patio! Wish we could post before and after but the evidence is proof enough they did a great job! Underneath our deck was full of rocks. Thanks Firmly Rooted team! We’ll be contacting you again because we plan on extending our patio 2x.

We contacted numerous landscaping companies for a crushed stone patio for a cabana pergola and fire pit where we had numerous large trees removed. Chris from Firmly Rooted was by far the most responsive, professional and his estimate was very competitively priced. He was also extremely responsive with questions prior to the start date. The hard-working crew did an excellent job that exceeded our expectations. We would HIGHLY recommend Firmly Rooted for for any landscaping project. As far as we're concerned, Chris and his Firmly Rooted crew left the competition in the dust!

From the start my experience with Firmly Rooted Landscaping was fantastic. Chris was responsive to my original inquiry and I quickly had an appointment with him to go over my landscaping needs. He developed an amazing plan based on my input. The 3 person crew he sent to do the work were professional and hardworking and within 2 days my project was complete. I love the finished project of my first phase of landscaping and look forward to working with Chris and Firmly Rooted to finish making my yard look amazing all over!
