Friendly, respectful and thorough I had a New installation and it went well. Unfortunately electronic pieces fail and of course never when you want it too. Called the company... not long after the call a technician showed up. Mother board had a glitch but before the end of the same day a part had already been ordered from the supplier and was delivered and installed before daylight was gone. I have used Fitch Heating twice now and would definitely recommend them to everyone.
Great service, very competitive price for a dishwasher installation. Amanda made scheduling easy. Will definitely hire Fitch again.
Top Notch Guy's / Company in my opinion they got their stuff togather . They came early and performed work on my boiler and being in the trades yrs back it was good to see such a company that was PROFFESSIONAL & Actually knew what they we're doing !!! They will definitely be the ones i call from here on out 👍
We cannot recommend Fitch Heating based on our experience. The pricing ultimately invoiced was substantially higher than what was originally discussed, and when concerns were raised, we were unable to reach a reasonable resolution. We also experienced significant issues following the work that we believe were related to the project, but despite being given the opportunity to address those concerns, Fitch Heating declined to do so. Most recently, after they filed lawsuit against a party that was not involved, we attempted multiple times to resolve the matter without further litigation. We received no response despite offering several proposals that would have resolved the pending case and avoided additional time, expense, and inconvenience for everyone involved. Communication and customer service are just as important as the work itself. Unfortunately, our experience with both fell well below our expectations, and we would not choose to do business with Fitch Heating again.
What great service! Called Friday, here on Monday morning! Fixed problem so quickly and even had time for a project I hadn’t called about. The young man was so nice and polite! Thank you guys so very much!
