A recent customer who bought a home in Farmington said they declined the company's contract rate and lined up another supplier, and that Twitchell then said it would take its tanks on the Wednesday before the new supplier's Friday delivery, leaving the family with no heat, cooking or bathing for two days. That customer said the tanks would have stayed had they signed a 3-year contract.
