Fitzy Heating & Cooling LLC

Can’t say enough good things about Fitzy. He installed my new HVAC system and made the entire process easy and stress-free. What I appreciate most is the PERSONALIZED service. Anytime I call with a question or issue, he’s the one answering and responds quickly. I recently noticed an issue with the unit, and within hours Fitzy was at my house troubleshooting it. Within minutes, he figured out the problem and had us back up and running. He’s extremely knowledgeable, neat, clean, and easy to deal with. He also helped me navigate the rebates and made sure I got the best ones available for my system. It’s hard to find this level of service and responsiveness these days. Highly recommend Fitzy!

Charles took care of our facility as a new customer during the high season of air conditioning season. He quickly diagnosed the issue, provided a proposal and implemented a repair schedule in a profession manner.

Charles is knowledgeable, courteous , prompt, organized and most importantly honest. I have extensive experience with mechanical contractors. He’s among the best I’ve encountered.
