Five Star Inspection Services is a home inspection business. In a 2021 r/newhaven comment, a Reddit commenter wrote that they used Five Star Inspection with Warren and it was $460 for a condo, covering "structural, mechanical and pest." That 2021 commenter said the roof was not included because it was the condo's problem, but that he did go into the attic crawl space to check it from inside, and that he was friendly and answered their questions. Connecticut lists its home inspector licence, HOI.0000412, held by Five Star Inspection Services, as inactive and expired.
