Called a few home inspectors to get a baseline on comparable prices for a general home inspection before buying a home. They were all roughly the same for price point for what we were looking for but Dan was very personable over the phone and very thorough in person. The sellers agent wanted a ‘quick’ inspection, but Dan saw my face and assured me that he and I will take our time and answered every single question I had during the walkthrough. Definitely recommend.

The owner, Dan, was very kind and helpful. I was a first time home buyer and not entirely sure what to expect during the inspection. I liked how the inspection was arranged - Dan did the inspection seperately and then afterwarda, he took me around to discuss any issues he found. This arrangement was great because I was able to take my guests to look around the property at the start and then he took me to each area to explain the issue and demonstrate so I could see it myself. He explained everything well and answered any follow-up questions I had. I received the final report documents by the end of the day (I assume the timing would vary depending on property size but same day was really impressive). The documentation was well organized, detailed, and had a relly helpful key that used small icons to denote the type/severity of each issue (e.g., safety hazard, repair/replace, monitor, etc.). I would highly recommend this business and will definitely return here if I need other inspections in the area.

Dan is a real pro! He conducted a thorough inspection, answered all my questions and made great suggestions. The follow-up report and video was sent promptly and outlined everything. He didn’t miss thing. I feel reassured because of Dan’s knowledge.!
