In a 2025 review, the reviewer called the company unprofessional and said not to expect decisive, honest communication.
Trying to have work done by Floris turned out to be a big waste of my time. The person they sent (Jeff) to come look at my property to fix a retaining wall was professional and thorough but that was the extent of it. I was told It would be 6 to 7 weeks out which I was fine with but I asked for a date. I needed to know when they were coming because I was selling the property. I never heard from them after that. I called and left a message twice over a few weeks and never received a call back. I finally reached out to Jeff 6 weeks later. He responded and said he would find out. He let me know the next day they were short a mason and cant give me a date. Then suggested I can go somewhere else. Regardless of the delay there was no excuse not to communicate with me and ignore my polite voicemails.
