Flying Colors Roofing

Flying Colors Roofing is a roofing company whose website says owner Steven Totilo personally oversees each project from estimate to job completion, and claims 17 years in business. Its stated service area runs from Danbury and Brookfield to Stamford, Westport and New Canaan. A recent customer had a very pitched roof with many sections replaced, plus gutters and skylights; that customer said the project took 4 days, the crew was there before 7am every day, and the crew used magnets to collect nails around the yard and driveway. A recent customer said Diego and the team worked all day on a Saturday to complete their job, and the new roof had not one leak in heavy rain the next day. A recent customer who works in real estate said other contractors gave up on a job involving custom skylights, and Nello and Steve came up with a solution that involved interior reframing and finishing. A recent customer said the removal of the old tiles and installation of the new roof was done within one day. Painting is part of the work too: a recent customer said Edward painted some of their exterior house trim and doors. A 2026 customer who had just bought a home said their insurance company required a new roof within three weeks in winter, and that Nello put two crews on the job and they completed it within one day. A 2025 customer with insects coming in near the soffit vents said Nello advised against covering the vents and suggested sealing gaps in the tongue and groove ceiling from inside, and a crew member, Edward, started the work the next day. In a 2020 Angi review, a customer said that after a fallen tree damaged the roof, someone came out within a day to cover the hole with a tarp, and owner Steve Totilo had a crew working on the repairs and reshingling within 3 days of being called. Connecticut lists its home improvement contractor registration, HIC.0645390, as active, held by Flying Colors Roofing LLC.
